The javascript runs in place of the Flash client. It’s worth looking into if you need to support these mobile devices.

I’m not sure if you’d really call this an HTML5 Tool or a Band-aid, but nevertheless it’s a great and creative effort to providing a solution to Flash on mobile devices. Let us know if you are using this tool. We’d like to hear about your experience!
